I did a simple "toddler activities" search online and found this cute and clean :) project idea. You take contact paper, place a construction paper boarder on it, and tape it to the table. Then take tissue paper and cut out a simple design and let the kid have at it. Freyja got the hang of this pretty quick. I hung the finished product on the sliding glass door so we can all enjoy it.
Art + No Mess = a displayable finished product... I only see win here.
